In this study Sa'di's concern with elements and themes in Iranian and Semitic cultures are analyzed. This study is significant due to its stylistic nature of Sa'di as an important poet of Iraqi style. Thus Iranian and Semitic elements and themes are analyzed according to three classifications of religion and culture, land and geography, and characters. The results show Iranian contents and themes are dominant in his works. Though Sa'di travelled to the lands of different Semitic nations, his works are not that much affected by the widespread tendency to Islamic studies, Semitic narratives and elements,
<strong>Keyword:</strong> S'adi, Iranian and Elements and Theme, Semitic Elements, Comparative Study
