چکیده

دیوان حافظ سرشار از ابیات بحث‌انگیز است در این سیاهه نیز نگارنده به نقد شروح یکی از این ابیات بحث‌انگیز پرداخته‌است. در بادی نقص‌ شروح قبلی نمودار گردیده‌است که شامل: توجه نکردن به فضای کلی غزل، شرح ناقص، توجه نکردن به فضای فکری حافظ و نکات دستوری و یک نسخه‌سازی است. کلید شرح بیت ترکیب «کاسه‌گردانان» و «این جفا» است که در شروح، اولی یا در معنای گدایی آمده‌است یا ساقی‌گری و دومی به عهد ذهنی جفای دوران امیرمبارزی است که متناسب با فضای غزل و فلسفة فکری حافظ نیست. کاسه‌گردانی در معنای برگرداندن کاسة شراب و کاسه‌گردان در حقیقت محتسب و عوامل اوست که کاسه‌های شراب را به زمین می‌ریزند. جفا نیز یعنی همین ظلم (کاسة شراب را تهی کردن) که با ایهامی چند پهلو زیبایی بیت را دو چندان می‌کند که از نظر حافظ عامل آن (کاسه‌گردانی) شایستة نفرین است. این شرح متناسب با واقعیت‌های تاریخی- اجتماعی فضای عصر امیرمبارزالدین است.

Abstract
Divan of Hafez is full of lines of poetry that are controversial.  In this paper, one hemistich is analyzed. First previous commentaries have been discussed and their shortcomings are explained such as, lack of attention to the general atmosphere of the poem, incomplete analysis, and grammatical points. The key points in commenting upon this verse are the "kase gardanan" and "in jafa" that are usually explained as beggars and persecution at the time of Amir al-Mubarez al-Din. I argue that the words mean upsetting the cup of wine by the mohtaseb, or the police. Jafa or persecution is emptying the cup and the person who does it is cursed. This description is suitable for the social-historical realities of the time of Amir al-Mubarez al-Din.
